Yes, visa extensions are possible. Visit the Ghana Immigration Service headquarters in Accra or any regional immigration office at least one week before your visa expires. Extensions are granted for valid reasons and require payment of additional fees.
Yes, a valid International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is mandatory for all travelers entering Ghana. You will be asked to present this certificate upon arrival. The vaccination should be taken at least 10 days before travel.
If your application is rejected, you will receive a notification with the reason. You may reapply with additional supporting documents or appeal the decision. Visa fees are non-refundable in case of rejection.
