File your personal income tax return

Individuals with income from any source file an annual return with GRA. Most employees have PAYE deducted monthly and only need to file if they have additional income.

Before you apply

Gather your P7 from your employer and records of any other income. Confirm the filing deadline (30 April).

Step by step

1. Log in to the Taxpayers Portal with your Ghana Card PIN.
2. Select the relevant tax year and complete the return.
3. Submit and pay any balance due.
