Register for VAT

Businesses with annual taxable turnover exceeding the VAT threshold must register for VAT with GRA. Voluntary registration below the threshold is also permitted.

Before you apply

Confirm your annual taxable turnover. Businesses below the threshold may register voluntarily; doing so is often advantageous for input-tax recovery.

Step by step

  1. Log in to the GRA portal.
  2. Complete the VAT-registration form.
  3. Upload the supporting documents.
  4. Receive the VAT Certificate by email.
